AN ULTIMATUM TO DICTATORS

and through a special formula for determining whether or not a leader is a dictator...
or whether an elected leader seems to be staying in power too long
using metrics which might comprise of petitions from neighboring states and from the people in that country, if that could be had...sometimes the people might not be able to...
whereby, upon determining this dictator, the wheels would be set in motion for removal...by any means possible...after a fair warning to give up power...
that this be an automatic function in our global affairs...that assassination is the most cost effective means of attaining this end should the dictator refuse to step aside and allow a self- determining people...
and as a result of this action from the global community, with such an automatic removal process...the message will be sent all across the globe that dictators are NOT COOL!
that if one should choose to go that route, such a person would constantly be looking over his/her shoulder...never being able to trust any of the underlings who might sell him/her out...
that such an automatic function on the part of the free peoples of the world will assure freedom for themselves as well as the very idea of dictatorships go the way of cannibalism..
and that furthermore, the need for very strong military power will diminish as a result of being organized in this fashion...
that by the time the free peoples of the world would have assassinated a half dozen such dictators, the remaining dictators and would-be dictators will want to continue living and perhaps consider trucking as a viable option for earning a living
with such an instrument for world peace, there will no longer be any justification for large military powers...we can turn our swords back into plowshares and allow our international collective of the free peoples of the world to maintain vigilance...
and this will also spell the end of the military industrial complex...JFK's attempt to end the military industrial complex back in the early Sixties, especially after his speech to the UN Assembly, caused the aforementioned to decide to end him instead...so the free peoples of the world will finally be able to avenge the assassination of JFK by ending the military industrial complex..in good turn
JFK also aspired to use an international committee to start a nuclear disarmament program with the goal of no nukes for anyone so perhaps this, as well, will be finally accomplished
