EQUAL GENDER LEADERSHIP

women and men are in leadership roles

in an equal proportion

that is 50%...

in every aspect of leadership,

be it government, corporate, religious...etc...

The US Congress needs to have 267 female  

and 268 male representatives...

exactly half of the 535 total...
 


The benefits of this are tremendous...

and as a result of this

world peace reigns the planet...

the motherly instinct

that woman provide

the fatherly instinct

that men provide.

the peoples all around the globe realize that

women are not "weaker"

just different from men

and

have incredible talents

to offer Humanity as leaders...

and that

it makes incredibly good sense to have

equal gender representation.


and that

in the past,

it seemed that

women in leadership positions

felt like they had to act like men...

but that now,

women act as they truly are,

and understand the great value of doing so,

in the sense that

if

they care to take care of their responsibilities

in proper due diligence..

then this is all that matters..


and so,

This Vedic Engineering Module asserts that

we impose

"affirmative action"

to maintain equal gender representation.

in any arena where

there is an imbalance,

of one gender being more dominant,

than,

only the lesser gender be 

selected or elected

for upcoming posts

until equal gender representation is attained.

it appears that...

not only do 'things go better with Coke'...

but also,

according to

Mr. Kent,

Coke's CEO and President...

'things go better for Coke',

due to having women in leadership positions...

that those sub-divisions of Coca Cola's global enterprise

that have

more women in leadership and management roles( than the norm today)

are fairing better

than

those with only males...
